Loved my kettle until it leaked and now does not work!
For the money I paid and the matching toaster!! The quality of the product does not last. Have it just under 3 years and it has recently stopped working altogether. It has leaked since it was just out of warranty, the chrome on the lid chipped away after a year and a half and you had to keep moving the kettle on base to get a connection going after 2 years. For the money you pay I have had €40 kettles that lasted 10 years. Smeg may look nice but it is all fire coat and no ...... Beware don’t fall for it’s good looks!! They hid the cheap well!!!

Second kettle in just over a year ,not impressed
Second kettle in just over a year . Replaced last year when lid wouldn’t open after a month . Now a big puddle under the kettle , leaking out the side .

What's you'd expect - quality
Happy with this purchase. Solid design, operates very well. Built in cord management in the base. One minor complaint is the capacity indicator is kinda blocked by the handle.

aesthetically pleasing product
I was mesmerized by the sleek silhouette, the beautiful neutral hue which was just as calming yet eye-catching as I thought it would be, and how lightweight the kettle was. The Smeg heats up in less than three minutes, holds enough water for my oatmeal and a cup of coffee, and is easy to maneuver.

Love this singing kettle
I purchased this kettle for our Marketing Suite in cream. When I switch it on for visitors they are not only fascinated with the lights that switch on as the kettle boils but the sound the kettle makes when it comes to the boil. It has become a real conversation piece with guest.

Love our new kettle, looks so well!
Really happy with our new Kettle, it looks so well in the kitchen. Loads have commented on how well it looks. Really nice to use too, the click button on top of kettle is so handy and user friendly. Ordered online and clicked and collected, couldn’t be easier.

Wonder kettle
I brought this kettle a month ago and I love it it is easy to clean and easy to use for my husband who suffers from athriitis it was a little more expensive but worth the extra but got it at a great price from Harvey norman.

Elegant design
Can’t go wrong with the Smeg range. The kettle was surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be and so beautiful. It’s going to go well with my kitchen design. Also a plus is that it’s much quieter than my old kettle.
