Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just over 2 years the turntable is now starting to make a clunking noise when in use, we have adjusted this several times but this makes no difference, would have expected longer life from a good name in electrical appliances. very disappointed :(

Just out of Warranty and started to rust inside.
Purchased in June 2019 noticed last week that there are small patches of surface rust on the inside faces. I thought the inside was stainless steel as this does not rust but it must be a plated product disapointed as it is a good microwave. Will keep an eye on it but dare say it will have to be replaced in the near future.

Easy to use, easy to clean.

The door swings open at the touch of the icon at the bottom on the keypad which is a great help if your hands are full. Very happy with everything I've tried and find I'm using it more than I used the standalone that I had previously. The build quality is no less than I would expect from NEFF!!

Nice product, appalling instructions
I have just installed it. It seems OK, but probably not as robust or convenient as the model it replaced, which lasted 20 years before giving out. However, the installation instructions are the worst I've ever seen. Clearly written by a non-English speaker (e.g 'screw the appliance in', when they mean 'push the appliance in', tiny pictures, hardly any explanation. I only worked out what to do after scouring the internet for reviews by people who had faced similar problems and managed to sort them out.
