Really good! Thoroughly enjoying using it. Spatchcocked whole chicken 40 mins perfection. Frozen chips 12 mins (1 shuggle) perfection. Almost inaudible beep on completion so be aware of time when cooking. It steam cooks even on airfry setting so keep water topped up (we just use our soft water - no issues). Only fryer we could find that suits our family of four. Instructions rubbish but easy, easy, easy to work it out. Brilliant Tefal 😀

Nice item… shame about the manual.
There’s no doubt this is a good appliance, versatile and economical as well as looking great in the kitchen. I bought it to replace a much, much older air-fryer that had reached the end of the road and, a decade later, maybe expected too much of this. While the old machine pretty much only did chips and chicken nuggets - it did them better, so far, than this one. But perhaps it’ll take time to get used to. It’s certainly going to a trial-and-errror experience as the instruction manual is… RUBBISH!

Pretty good but have concerns
Overall it seems really good, tried all three options, but I don't like the presets, I think the temp is set too high, food gets cooked from outside and not from inside, so then have to lower it manually and cook it more which can lead to burnt food, so I manually set from beginning.
My main worry is steam seems to be coming through the top corners of the front drawer which may be a fault and not sure if seals are damaged/will damage or how it will affect the cooking efficiency over time.

Better instruction please
I have only been using this for a week, but so far so good. It is robustly made and simple to use, and I would have scored it higher as i would have appreciated a better explained instruction booklet (the instructions are pictorial and sometimes hard to guess what is meant) and a few sample recipes in booklet form would be useful too.

The way it cooks food us so simple but so much more tastier than any other way of cooking food,
I cooked a whole chicken and my son liked it so much he ate half the chicken and said it was like something from a posh restaurant.
The only downside of this product are the instructions which are just pictures, if like me you had never used an airfyer before it was frustrating not knowing how to use it.
Once I googled a few recipes I can't stop using it now,

Heard so much about air fryers decided to give one a go, this product from Tefal popped up in my emails, it’s a new product three in one steam, grill and air fry, on purchasing it arrived quite quickly, it’s quite big with a large tray capacity, since owning I have cooked a full chicken, made chips, cooked stuffing balls, the food was delicious and a lot faster than using my conventional oven. Haven’t tried steaming or grilling yet but looking at the menus and reviews there is plenty to choose from. Looking forward to using all the functions.

Takes a little getting use to as the premium high quality product that cooks to perfection, steam fish well, tasty chips with a spray or spoonful oil, or none if prefer. The instructions bad and not just bad but extremely bad and a let down. A 5* product but -1 for instructions. Guess work as picture instructions not clear. Needs improving.

Worst air fryer you can buy, fault after fault
This air fryer has more problems than it is worth, powering itself down at will, flashing display that does not go away even after unplugging the product and plugging it back in.
Ask for a repair and you get sent a plastic box that the fryer will not fit in to send to an authorised repairer that does not care about your product or whether it gets damaged in transit. Servicecare not bothered, tefal not bothered.
Poor product, poor support, poor service, my advice take your money elsewhere and buy another brand and that is from a once loyal tefal customer with half our kitchen full of tefal products. Never again after the way we have been treated with our faulty air fryer will we buy tefal.

Love the Easyfry.
I bought this as a substitute for using my oven and it has been a great success. I cooked a large chicken in under an hour ( falling apart) with no pre heat. Steamer is great for veg. Easy to clean. No negatives from me.

Early days but so far so good.
Great result with a full cooked chicken, also pork joint came our nicely. Apple crumble was delicious. All cooking times greatly reduced from conventional oven. My only complaint are the instructions, very poor, have turned to the Internet for cooking advice.

I was not very impressed with user manual booklet as the pictures which should made this easy to use made me confuse. Air fry function was very good. It was giving nice crispy finish to products, but for smaller portions for two people it is a bit too big. Grill function is brilliant. Oh my god the grilled steak was like heaven., nice snd crispy on the edges especially fat and duculent in the middle. Steam cook is very helpful fir my diet cooking. Overall very good experiance

Tefal Easyfry 3in1 Airfryer, grill and steamer
I bought this for my mum as a cheaper alternative to using her job and oven. She has managed to cook some successful meals so far using the Airfryer and steamer modes although the instructions that come with it are scanty diagrams and not an awful lot of use. Google has proved more useful for cooking times/temperatures etc. Overall she is very pleased with it and is excited to be trying new meals in it each day. I’m glad I bought it for her and I’d say it’s a big thumbs up! The only reason I dropped a star was for the poor instructions. Now to choose which model I want for myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best kitchen appliance I own. I’ll be honest, I felt a little overwhelmed when I first looked at it but once I’d read the easy instructions I was off air-frying my first ever bowl of homemade fries. It’s simply brilliant!
Steaks grill wonderfully, the steamer is a genius addition and works really well on soft and harder vegetables. Cleaning is effortless due to the nonstick surfaces so what’s not to love.
I’ve already gotten carried away and bought 2 air-fryer cook books!
One thing which is a very small minus is that the big black appliances have been done to death, it would be nice to see some softer colours to match more modern kitchens.

Loving and using daily with the three options of c
I have owned a actifryer from tefal for many many year and was very happy with it, decided to buy new one I choose to get it from tefal as the 3in1 cooking option was tempting and I was thinking occasionally I might use it, however, to my surprise it’s very handy, I steam veg, chicken for few before air frying and they come out succulent :) you do have to carefully pour out excess water which collect from condensation and then air fry) and then grilling lamb chops and steak was fast and the grill marks were awesome for the presentation.
It fits under my cabinet and steam doesn’t scape any many reviews says so perhaps they got faulty product?! But tefal in general has been great in accepting returns when I had to exchange the item.

Loving the air fryer
I thought the air fryer would be able to cook an entire meal at once I.e roast potatoes, grill a veg burger and steam veg but I think you can only use one source of cooking at a time but I’m still new to this. I love the Tefal online app which has recipes. I made the pakoras tonight they was lovely. I also cooked the veg for my curry in the air fryer (steamed) and heated a naan bread! So pretty happy with this.

This would be a 5 star review but my 3 in 1 air fryer grill function does not work properly, after pre heating and then cooking for the required time it reboots into preheat mode and continues for 10 or 15 minutes, also if I pause and remove the draw to flip over my food it shuts down, not sure if that's intentional? The food plate for the draw also had a couple scratches Im guessing would rust Eventually? Seems like a 5 star product but arrived in a 3 star condition. Other than that the steam and air fryer functions are great.

So many possibilities!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to use an air fryer to make healthier food but having the 3 in 1 has been a game changer. I firstly tried fries to see how crispy they could become, all the while removing the excess oil and was impressed. The grill worked really well, so far I have cooked a few steaks and was able to cook them exactly how I like them (medium rare) with so much ease. The steamer was also easy to use and I have so far only used for vegetables for Sunday roast and steamed perfectly, just enough bite. I have a few recipes that I now want to try in the air fryer including cookies and cakes, which will be an interesting experiment! All in all, I love this Airfryer and all the possibilities that comes with it.

the air fryer is amazing i think the issue is the instructions or lack of in the box, there was a QR code on the box but what looks like the instructions are in French ? anyway its my first air fryer having to learn from you tube and websites on how to use the air fryer part and i cant find any instructions on the grill or steamer parts.

Which I found to be quite easy to use and clean but you really need to read the booklets that come with it as the pre-set programs are for a specific weight of the food you can use in the air fryer. Once you have read the booklets it is really easy to use and cooks the food perfectly I would recommend that you get one as I found it very quick to make a meal with it and really easy to keep it clean.

Instructions for use are almost nonexistent, the Tefal app shows recipes but cooking times seem to contradict the auto cooking mode of the air fryer and also show the need to use a basket and drip tray, neither of which are supplied.
Having said all that, if you can an work out what to do, it cook’s amazingly well.

Does exactly what it says!
We wanted to try out an air fryer to see if we could cut down our electric bills and to see whether there was any difference in using a conventional oven. So far this has been great. We've done a full size medium chicken in 60 mins, tender and moist, lamb chops and steak on the grill, very good, and sea bream with the steamer, perfect! AND we've halved our electric usage!
Our only comment is that we need to get used to the strength of the cooking times as it's quite a powerful machine and we're used to the timings of a conventional oven so need to dial it back a bit. You can't cook multiple items either, as in a triple shelf oven, so it's a question of adjusting your mindset.
Other than that, once we've finished experimenting, I'm sure it'll become our standard way of cooking

We absolutely love this air fryer. We hardly use the main oven now as the air fryer is quicker for most things we need to cook and does a better job.
