Trays inconvenient
This steamer's trays have separate bottoms and sides, making it really awkward to fit into the dishwasher, because the bottoms of the trays aren't flat enough to slot in like plates anyway. The plastic in the base of the trays seems cheap and I think they're bending a bit after only a few weeks. The timer is very basic and you can't make it go back to zero, if you finish cooking early. The base is awkward and difficult to clean.

Healthy Steaming
I try to use my Morphy Richards steamer daily as it is the healthy way to cook. I cook chicken breasts in one layer. Then use another layer to cook my vegtables. It is very easy to use. The steamer can be used with one ,two, or all three layers. All of the members of my family use it regularly.

Nice little steamer
Smaller then i thought it would be but still big enough for a family of four. Easy to use and does not make my kitchen walls look like its been crying when i use it. Steams vegetables to perfection Happy with my purchase and the next day delivery with Harvey norman

3 baskets , 6 parts! Plus lid
Very disappointed, because it is very dangerous when you wish to check if your food is cooked in the baskets and each basket is in 2 parts making it very unstable and a lot of water drains out of the bottom of each basket when you lift it up.

Brilliant product!
I bought this 2 months ago and it's such a handy product. It's brilliant for preparing big amounts of veg and there's very little clean up. It can be tricky to time cooking the different layers but overall I'm delighted with it.

Easy to clean and look nice. The down side is there are screws to hold the handle of lid. It got rusty after use few times. It seems not that powerful.
