Great features but quite dangerous
I bought this steamer 2 months ago and I am very pleased that it steams really well plus you can steam fish at the same time witout transfer of taste. The big down fall is that the design is far fram perfect, you have to be really careful with water collecting in basket (every time I end up scalding my hand when I tip veg out) plus unfortunetly the baskets do not stack on top of base when not in use, and you can ontly use the baskets in a certain order, i.e you cannot put basket 2 on the base whilst serving from basket 1

Good Steamer
Really like this steamer, but unfortunately some of the numbers on the timer switch have rubbed off. Bit of guesswork knowing what time to set

Disappointed
All kitchen is in steam, i just tried cooking with 2 tires, one for sweetcorn and top one for rice, rice was not cooked in 60 min so I put all food in pot to finish cooking. Otherwise I would be hungry all day. The disappointment also is I cant give it back as it was used already.

Very good steamer
Really like this Russell Hobbs plastic 3 tier steamer. I cook potatoes and vegetables in it mainly and cooks everything perfectly. Timer is very good on it too. I had a similar steamer for years which was great and this is the first other one that I've had that is as good as it. Very happy with it

Great features, simple, sturdy and fast
Apart from good customer service, I checked out other models before purchasing as I was sceptical about steam generation time....but....20 seconds?...it's all true.
Much simpler and orgaised than old habit of wasting time, electricity and water on the hob. All in all .....pretty up there.

Faultless steamer
Lovely large capacity steamer , heats up quickly and love the top up water feature without removing the baskets. Rice steamer bowl also a nice touch
