Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic garbage. Cheap piece of plastic. Design is absolutely a nightmare. Not practical at all. The bagless stuff is so not hygienic!! You breath what you vacuumed when you empty the plastic reservoir…everything on this garbage looks and feels cheap. The power is here but that’s it. Even the tubes are too short as the electrical cable as well. Never Dyson again. Avoid!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t do it- they are terrible vacuum cleaners Had this for a few months, the performance is terrible, not suitable for a busy household, the suction is very poor, will not suck small bits up, just pushes them ahead. The heads are too flexible, the will go everywhere but where u want them to go. Had a Miele before this and have gone back to one. There is absolutely no comparison.

It is excellent for use on all floors such as carpets, wooden floors and tiles and great at picking up animal hairs on floors and furniture. It is compact and convenient to store away. My dog and cat are both happy with it as it is not too noisy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dyson big ball animal 2 Delivery was fast. This vaccum has amazing suction. I was petrified to see how much dirt came out of my rug. The animal brush is very good. I think the instruction manual could be more detailed. Only downfall is that it’s hard work to manoeuvre around as the suction is so strong.
