The hoover has great power, it's only a hand hoover but works like a upright. I can do my whole house on med on 1 charge but I do need to empty the basket on between. I feel the med is strong enough to even pick up dog hair. Very pleased

Very sturdy build, have been buying Dyson for almost 20 years and never again, Samsung vacuum is far superior in every way, I own all Samsung products and never had a problem don’t know why I left it so long to change my vacuum over to Samsung, but so glad I have.

With different tools as included in the box, I use the combination tool to easily clean the staircase corners and edges. The all-in-one charger and clean station is most impressed, it stand alone and can place wherever you want.

Main factors for decision were 5 year extended warranty and cheaper price. Several others aspects like run time, suctions, tools etc. were all reasonable comparable with v11.
