As I expected it was a very good purchase. It saves your time and energy. A small minus for no-go zones, as there is no possibility to create a smaller area than 1.5m x 1.5m. Moreover, for those who have a 'long hair' carpets such a sheepskin carpets, the robot cannot manage to vacuum them, and a brush can easily tangle in it. For the cats owner, I have noticed that a cat litter is a bit difficult to pick up by the robot, so usually a cleaning is not perfect and for me that is the biggest minus, as my cats make a mess leaving a cat litter tray, hence 4 stars. Overall, I would buy again.

Great overall performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum/mop is overall a really great addition to our household. With 2 children and a dog our tile flooring can get quite mucky, but once we leave the house I schedule for the robot to start a clean to which it vacuums and then mops. We come home to a lovely clean and shiny floor and carpets are well vacuumed too.
There’s only one downside that I’ve come across so far and that is, the robot cannot vacuum carpets once the mop tank is attached, which makes perfect sense as you don’t want the wet mop head going onto carpets.
Would highly recommend for busy households.

Great for a working new mum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product for a busy working mum with a dog who sheds a lot!
My beagle is constantly shedding and I don’t have time to vacuum every day, this is a good machine to quickly send out when I need it to be done. It’s a little louder than I thought it would be but not as loud as my usual vacuum so that’s good.
The mop feature is good for a quick clean but with the dog I do still need to deep clean the floor between using this.
The baby slept through it and my dog wasn’t too upset with it moving around, all in all I would 100% recommend.

Game changing technology, easy to use, effective

Very easy to assemble and use. The programming was super easy even for a beginners. The app allows different features like scheduling cleaning, also using the mop feature. I have mix of wooden floors, tiles and carpets and the function of programming the areas for the robot to avoid while mopping in my opinion is advanced. One thing while setting up the house map- the square which allows you to mark the carpets or adding the additional area for the robot, should be a little smaller other than that, great accuracy. Love the Sonic mop option!!!! My best friend from now on. Highly recommended!

Not the quality I expected from shark
Although it does save a job of hoovering we found it constantly got stuck under the dining room table and seem to beeline over that way rather than completing the other floors. Although dont like that you cant see on the map where it has been to prove if its completed
The mop section also stopped working within 4 days and nothing seem to help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product as it is convenient and takes the stress out of cleaning however, I’m not sure it actually picks up all the dirt and will still need to do a manual hoover at least once a week to ensure the house is fully clean. I don’t feel like this gets to all the corners and sides of the walls but cleans the main floor ok. I’m 50/50 on this one I really wish I could give it more stars as this would be a game changer if it worked better.

Brilliant hoover and mop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has made my life so much easier! In a property with animal hair and 2 full time workers it’s an absolute god send to be able to pop it on and carry on my usual business whilst the floors are taken care of. Really easy to set up and the app is easy to work as well, the charging station is easy to put out of the way and takes up little to no space, a lot easier to store away than a handheld hoover and mop.
