Great product

My Mysterious Mop
I love my new mop. It does what I need it to do. Thank you, Harvey Norman for prompt delivery.
However, I would like to say to Russell Hobbs that the operating manual could be somewhat clearer and the assembling of the parts a bit simpler. There are two "buttons" near the body of the mop - their function is a mystery to me. No doubt, they have a purpose but I have yet to sort it out!

Amazing steam cleaner. Professional results
I've purchased similar items before however this really does an amazing job and steam cleans all floors including rugs to a professional level. Very satisfied with this purchase plus it was delivered within 3 days. Now the amazing too considering the current climate of things. Extremely happy

I was happy it heated up really quickly, it ran for a long time, its lightweight and easy to use.
My only issues are, at times it streaked and after cleaning, my shoes stuck to the floor a little, I used no chemicals and have a hard tiled floor

Great carpet cleaner
Great carpet steamer! My dog brings back mud from the garden on his paws and it’s is really handy as you just fill the water tank, plug it and pass on the carpet and it’s gone. It kills the bacteria too due to the steam so that’s perfect!

Easy peasy russell hobbs floor steamer .
We bought the russell hobbs steam floor cleaner and found it easy to use with no steam filling the room we were cleaning . It gives a remarkable fininsh to our tiled floors and we also cleaned rugs with great success .
