Life changing
I seriously never get round to writing reviews but after just reading a couple of negative ones on here just had to! This mop has changed my life!! We’ve got gloss tiles in our hallway and kitchen/family room that have been the band of my life since we moved in, I’ve spent 3 years buying different steamers, cleaning solutions, buffers etc etc but the only thing that worked was being on my hands and knees and buffing the tiles which was a workout and a half and I dreaded it. Now I simply vacuum the bits and pop out my shark mop! Takes me no time at all and leaves no residue, no smears and no dirt. If this one breaks I’ll buy another and another

Great floor cleaner
Really good steam mop, not too heavy and is great at getting rid of stubborn marks.
The one thing I am disappointed about, which is also annoying - it doesn’t stand up on its own eg like a upright hoover. You have to lean the handle against the wall/door when you’ve stopped using it, or if you needed to move a piece of furniture. If it slipped out of your hand it would dropped to the floor and no doubt cause damage to the steamer as it isn’t light.
It’s abit sneaky of Shark as they do not include the hook to hang it up with in the box (because it doesn’t stand it can only be stored by being hung up) so you have to buy it separately

Having tried a number of steam mops including the H2O as seen on TV, all of which either soaked the floors or simply had too small water container and didn’t clean the floors well.
As I have a quality wood flooring which looks great when it’s clean thought I would try the Shark. Very easy to assemble and works like a dream removing any stubborn marks with ease, plus the water container has great capacity without needing to refill very often.
Also the build quality is so much better than the other brands I tried which were very flimsy considering they were similar prices.
Outstanding product that does what it says on the tin as they say

Nothing like the video
Nothing like the video where one push cleans the whole pad width with ease. You have a big pad yet the steam only comes through a small section in the middle, and so when you clean in corners it doesn’t clean them. I have a black floor so you can actually see the thin strip of steam left on the floor. You have to work quite hard over stains for them to eventually lift and the water runs out quite quickly so for one small room I had to fill twice. Disappointed with the product especially with the price tag, my cheaper floor steamer with a triangular pad cleaned the floors much better. If I had known beforehand I wouldn’t have spent the money. Wished I could get my money back.

Absolute rubbish
Honestly the worst shark product I’ve ever owned. When i decided to buy a steam mop it was a no brained to me that shark would be the best since I have an amazing hoover however I couldn’t of been more wrong! First of all it doesn’t even stand up on its own, even when you’re not using it there’s no option to make it stand upright so it falls over in the cupboard. I’ve used it on my floors twice now and it never seems to get the dirt up and the carpet mode is even worse. It’s got to be the worst shark product going and it’s 100% not wort the extortionate price tag! Save your money and buy a different one!

Klik n Flip Retro step
Upgraded, due to not being able to buy a small part for my Shark LiftAway. Although it works extremely well, it lacks the feature of being able to use it as a hand held device, which therefore limits its uses. Shark may have produced a slick looking Steam Cleaner but have sacrificed the all round ability of the previous model. It is a pity, as I had nothing but praise for my LiftAway and although this model, has features that model didn't have, it still does not match up to other manufactures devices, available on the open market, that can be used as both a floor mop and as a general purpose steam cleaner.

Impressive new features
I have always found my original Shark steam mop to be useful and easy to use so I was very interested in trying out my new Klik'n Flip Steam Mop. Filling the water reservoir was so much easier now it is at the top - no more water spills! The large mop head made short work of my kitchen floor. The added bonus was the brilliant steam blaster. With a flip of the mop head and a bend of the handle, the blast of steam got rid of the stubborn dirt ( I have a dog!). When the job was finished, it was easy to push down the button and the dirty pad is released for washing. Another great feature.
Very pleased with this mop!

Fabulous steam mop!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting in Of these for a while and whilst in lockdown I thought I’d treat myself to one..... best steam mop I’ve had. So easy to use. The cord is so long as well so no unplugging and finding another sock to use. I can do the whole of the downstairs in my home on 1 tank of water. (I’ve a four bed house with all hard floors) that is on the high setting too. I received a carpet glider too. Great for my rugs. Makes them like new all puffed up and looking/smelling fresh. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy one or not just do it!!
