Overall I recommend this vacuum cleaner
After having a Dyson and then a Shark upright vacuum cleaner and finding them heavy and cumbersome we decided to look at cordless ones. The research showed that the power didn't last long on maximum and the consumer reviews weren't encouraging.
We decided on the C3 after watching many reviews and are pleased with the purchase .
Our only complaint is the amount of different heads , and which does what etc.. we only have 2 rooms that have carpet , the rest of the property is wood with rugs .
The standard head is fine for this , but I think eventually we will purchase a rotary brush head for the rooms fully carpeted.
Overall, we're happy with the purchase.

Why didn’t I discover Miele sooner?!
This vacuum cleaner is a fabulous design.
So compact, I love its little boot that holds necessary attachments. It is light, easy to lift and move about. The suction is incredibly powerful. I was surprised to find it to be far better than a Henry.
You can adjust the suction to suit the job be it hard floors, carpets, rugs, upholstery or curtains. Also the adjustable pole is so long I found it removes dust from high plaster cornices with gentle ease. I am very impressed. Oh and the colour of the appliance is a beautiful green.

Excellent, light weight a
This replaced an older Miele of the same style. This new one is better on all counts except cord length, which is slightly shorter than my old one. It is also much lighter, which is really nice. Also, it’s easy to take out the roller wheel and detangle/get rid of hairs that invariably get wrapped up around the wheel to the point of jamming it. Just clean it after each use and no problem. Highly recommend this product.

As far as I'm concerned, simply the best.
I'm a happy owner of many Miele products as I strongly feel that they are the best in the market. My new GN HvClean Pure vacuum is no exception. It's extracting power is such that we do not have any problems with dog hair anymore or the most stubborn dirt stain. A fabulous robust machine highly recommended.

Good but could have been much better
As much as it saves you from putting your hands down a dirty cylinder, my initial experience was poor. The fluff had all come out into the bag storage area which I had to scoop out by hand.
The machine constantly shows the bag full indicator as full when using the TurboTeq brush which most C&G users do.

The best
I stupidly bought fake Miele bags online and paid the price…. They were useless. So bought the real ones which were not that much more but obviously fitted my Miele vacuum cleaner which is worth its weight in gold. A hairy dog, muddy family and open fire means I need the best…. And that’s Miele.

I would recommend this vacuum for its weight, price, suction power and ease of use.
Bought to replace an old retired red Miele vacuum - this machine is lighter and much easier for me to use, its efficient and has surprisingly good suction for its size with six settings. Very good value and a beautiful blue colour. I am very happy with this replacement.

Top rate but costly now days
Miele are good in everything I have had experience of. They are expensive products though. Even accessories are quite costly. It is not just the initial outlay it is an expensive ownership too. But whilst quality costs, it's getting to cost a bit too much.
