Wish I hadn't we have this perfectly levelled and she play brand new or cleaned records. The needle skips on everything you will not get through a whole LP without it jumping and seriously running your enjoyment. Pay a little extra and get a better brand

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'm so confused I recently brought a jam bluetooth turntable. Which was great and connected to a small bluetooth speaker. I then went on to buy the jam bookshelf speakers. Tried to pair them and they would not connect. So I them ordered some more jam bookshelf speaks and they did not work either. So I ordered a new jam turntable thinking that the turntable was the problem. Just tried to connect the speakers to the new turntable. And they still won't connect. I am so annoyed. I would never recommend jam oroducts to anyone..

I thought i had scrached my new records until i read all the reveiws from people with similar problems. Returning to shop and going to buy a better quality one. Pay the bit extra folks...it will be worth it. Terrible sound as well.

I thought this product would be a good investment as it was small and space-saving to get him by until he's able to get his original turntable fixed. But unfortunately, it's never worked correctly. He's invested a lot into new vinyls, being excited to play some again, but every vinyl he's brought recently, the records skip! I thought it was the vinyls or maybe the needle was damaged but it doesnt matter what you do the records still skip when played, we've even notice the turntable even seems bowed snd just seeing all these reviews just confirm the issues we've been having and that it is your turntable thats the issue not our records!! I am very disappointed and will be contacting HMV for a refund. Do not recommend.

The second one I bought direct from Jam Audio which was actually cheaper than HMV! Good sound, easy to set up. First one was for a 16 year old and his introduction to vinyl. Packing was good and sturdy. Fast delivery. Would recommend.
