Simple, effective, perfect for what I need.
I bought this early December as my previous turntable decided to due a slow painful death. I'm not a purist and get fed up with trailing cables so decided to look for a Bluetooth turntable and I have to admit, this is perfect. I teamed it up with some marshall bluetooth speakers and the sound quality is fantastic. It's a really simply set-up (it literally took 2 minutes). I replaced the flat platter with a cork one to minimise any vibration and it works so well. I am genuinely very, very happy with this purchase. Its got a sleek and simple design, looks good, sounds great. I don't need bells and whistles so for what I want this does the job perfectly.

So disappointed with the sound strength, I connected it to my 100w sound system with all the settings as per instructions, no mistakes made and had to have it on full volume to hear the music at a still low strength, it was the same through my bluetooth speaker. There is nothing wrong with my hearing, my grandson said the same as me, not acceptable. It says below I own 1 Sony product, this is incorrect since I sent back the turntable I have none.
Sent it back to the supplier, with the refund plus extra, I bought a very good turntable (without bluetooth), Audio Technica AT-LP120XUSB, which has a far superior reproduction quality and full range of volume, so on my experience I could not recommend this product.

As other reviewers , our record collection dating back to the 1960,s lay unplayed since disposing of floor standing speakers, turntable ,amp, and cassette player all high end about 6 years ago. We always said we would treat ourselves if we moved( downsized)and we did its married to a pair of Ruark table top speakers and it was so easy to setup no problems at all, the automatic play is wonderful. It even inspired my wife to purchase an album the first in many years. Go on treat yourself it will not disappoint! The only criticism I would make is the non illumination of the front push buttons , they are black the same colour as the facia and hence are a little difficult to see.

Great turntable
I wanted a turntable that does not require an amplifier with phono input, and the Sony PS-LX300USB is ideal with its built-in phono stage. The sound quality from the cartridge is good, and there is a cueing button which allows you to find a particular track on the record safely as well as automatic operation.
You can copy records to your PC via the USB output, otherwise it is very satisfying to put a disc on the turntable and see it making music! Finally, the unit is smart and stylish.

Easy to setup and use basic turntable
Bought this to play records collected over 50 years, although I haven’t had a record deck for the last ten.
Easy to set up; approx 20 minutes from slitting open the box to hearing the first sounds come from my Bluetooth speaker.
Sound quality is easily as good as the old,more expensive unit I had, so all in all happy
Only 4 stars as I get frustrated with it dropping the Bluetooth connection after 30 minutes or so of inactivity; may be my Bose speaker but seems unlikely

Great sound
I bought this recently to get back into vinyl and wanted to use it through blutooth speakers and soundbar. The sound was warm and was exactly what I was looking for. So far very pleased with the product

Brilliant!!
After needing to upgrade from my old and cheap turntable I decided on purchasing this one by Sony. It can be set up in a matter of minutes and it connects to my Bluetooth speakers and Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones with great sound. If you are not looking for a turntable option that depends on separate cables, amps and plug-in speakers, this is your best bet. It looks sleek and compact, the buttons are simple and utilitarian and it has the option to Start, Stop and Pause a playing record, the latter by way of pressing the Up/Down button. It has encouraged me to play more music and provides a convenient method of playing vinyl, notoriously the most inconvenient (but best) way to listen to music. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this turntable for just over a week now , it was packed really well , setting up was straightforward with understandable instructions
The turntable connected via Bluetooth to my amp very quickly with no problems and the sound was actually quite good, I’ve since tried out the turntable connecting with the supplied phono connectors to my present system and even the wife agreed the quality of the sound was nearly on a par with a turntable costing considerably more.
I’m going to list the pros
Three choices of how to connect to your system, Bluetooth, phono in or line in.
Plays 33 or 45’s and changing from one to the is just the flick of a switch.
3 sound levels when connecting via Bluetooth (gain)
Replacement stylus connects easily to tone arm
Auto start and auto stop (brilliant)
Dust cover included, turntable looks really nice
The Cons;
You wouldn’t think this was a budget turntable considering the quality of the sound and the features it has, unfortunately the feel of the plastic and the buttons remind you that it is a budget turntable.
Conclusion;
Excellent turntable, I have put into storage my other turntable, I’m using the Sony daily now , the sound quality and features can’t be ignored , so happy with this turntable. (I can swop from an LP to a single without stripping the thing down , now I just turn two dials ... excellent.
