Rated 3 out of 5 by from Underwhelming bass Instructions are absolutely rubbish, subwoofer is definitely on the quiet side, definitely downloading the app and changing the settings helps especially turning off night mode which seems to be the default, this is nowhere near as good as my old LG nb4540, but you live and learn, testing in the retail store via a bluetooth device it sounds really impressive unfortunately when connected to a tv and sky box at home it is a completely different sound, you can hardly hear anything from the subwoofer unless you have the tv extremely loud, tech support offered little to no help stating that Sky is quieter, not much use considering the majority have Sky or Virgin, bit late finding this out after I had purchased the unit.
