Rated 5 out of 5 by richard denney from outstanding upgrade I brought this TV to replace my LG 55e7 oled which is now 7 years old (and is still working well), tech has moved on so much and you can see that in this g4 TV. the colour, clarity and brightness are next level. I have watched some older films, lord of the rings and the picture is stunning, there was far more detail in the dark areas of the picture that were not there on the e7 and the brightness is so much better. even on normal sky tv the picture pops so much more, making TV viewing a pleasure. added bonus that LG will also support web os upgrades for 5 years with this model, helping to keep is more current when new features get added to the OS great TV, I would highly recommend it.

It has a horrible Clunky menu and no clear instructions. BUT the worst thing is using the TV with a sky box, it intermittently Losses Picture and sound for a second. If like me you have surround sound system, this takes a couple of seconds to restart. Very disappointed and I had to return the TV and get a refund!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not impressed from Not great Terrible. HDMI ports don't work, There's audio and visual drop outs. The latest update hasn't changed. I'm not using eArc or HDMI port 2 either. I have no sound bar attached just Sky Q. Switch on and get HDCP error. Have replaced HDMI cables. Asked to film the errors but they are so unpredictable. Have followed all of the guidance from AVForums and other sources. My old LG Oled from 2017 gave no issues. So disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Temfai_fermion from Movies are beautiful to watch I mainly watch Bluray and so the tv is set up in cinema mode with Film Maker switched on, pixel brightness at 80 and eye care mode on. The screen is unaffected by bright daylight and movies are beautiful to watch on this tv, I can’t comment on sound as I use external speakers.
