Disappointed
Bought in March 2021, they have been glitchy since the start, with left earbud loosing connection, also an echo sometimes, which needed to be fixed by resetting. Now, after 5 months the left earbud is not responding to any of the troubleshooting so now I have the to make a warranty claim. My previous pair from competitor brand lasted + 2 years,so overall very disappointed in J Lab products.

Very good
Having tried them out while running and cycling on the roads i can still hear cars around me so feeling safe. When i am training on a track and indoors i can change the settings to noise cancelling. Sound quality is fantastic and i am happy with the fit and the range of rubber inserts.
Good connection on calls. All together good quality product for a good price.

Pretty good earbuds
It's very well built, great sound quality and battery life is amazing. However when I switch devices already paired most of the time the buds doesn't connect automatically. I have to go to setting or put back to the charge case and connect it manually. The App is very simply but functional. Overall I am satisfied with them!

Love these! Best Earbuds ever
The best earbuds I have ever used. Very comfortable in the ear and great sound quality. I love that you can control them volume and skip and pause using them. Great for using whilst exercising and no worrying about them falling out.
