Very disappointed
I am very disapointed with this product because it was not suitable and of no use to me as I find them cumbersome and unable to use.
When buying I thought the make up of the item would be more flexible to use but they are not.
What was also disappointing even though I never put the ear phones into my ears was the total dismissal of my request for a refund or credit note for the item.
How is a person to know if something is suitable or not unless you open the packing to see what you bought. As stated, very disappointed and feel cheated.
