Unfortunate
I previously owned a pair of JBL tune 230s which I could not fault! Fitted like a dream and sound quality immense for the money paid. After accidentally running them through the washing machine I had to upgrade so thought I’d go for these. Unfortunately I’ve had a completely different experience with the beams. I can’t get them to fit in my ear without falling out (no matter what size buds I put on them) and after a week the sound quality and bass has already dropped randomly. If I was to find a positive it would be the much cooler, sleeker design of the case.

Waste of money and frustrating
Worst headphones I’ve ever bought. Sound quality is decent but their connection to the charger is terrible. Seems a common fault from looking online. One often doesn’t register in the charger so your phone will always be connected to one of the ear buds meaning it cuts out from playing aloud or if your connected to other devices like your vehicle when driving. Because the one ear bug is constantly on as it isn’t connected to the charger, when you eventually would like it to connect to the buds to use them the said ear bud will be drained of battery. Useless

Great sound
I received this product three weeks ago as a Birthday gift. Since spring has started and summer was coming, I really wanted earbuds to use during cycle tours. Ofcourse using the ambient aware feature for safety reasons. It was easy to connect the earbuds to my telephone, by using the JBL app. They are easy to store and have a nice design. The battery life is also good enough. It had a comfortable fit in my ears, you can choose different size ear tips to make them fit perfectly. Honestly I am not using the touch control function on the earbuds itself, too difficult. I prefer to use the special JBL app.

Amazing sound quality
These headphones are so versatile and provide great quality especially the noise cancelling. What i really like about this product was how easy it was to set up and use it. I have android phone and previously with headphone, I always had connection issues but not with these ones. it was an instant connection the gestures to turn on and off, switch songs etc was so easy to do. I also liked that you can personalise the gestures using the app which is a great touch. I use these headphones for running, going to the gym and work calls and I have no complaints at all especially at this non premium price.

Good overall performance
Overall I've been very impressed with these earbuds, not generally a fan of earbuds in general as I find they don't fit my ears well but didn't have this issue with these. Connectivity was quick and easy and was impressed with the overall performance of these headphones. The accompanying app allows for EQ tweaking which gets the best audio performance out of them. I was impressed with the low end frequencies for an in ear headphones and highs were clear giving a good overall dynamic range. I have been using these headphones for about a month now and can't say I have any complaints, they are a solid performer for the price point and I would highly recommend if looking for an in ear headphone

good headphones
These in-ear headphones sit very well, even during sports or cycling. No problem! There are also differenzt sizes of earplugs. So everybody will find the right one. the headphones are easy to connect in the initial installation as well as when using easily - possible without technical unerstanding. They have a long battery life and are also quickly recharged. The case is slighly largert but fits well in the hand and fits in any pocket or bagb. The sound is very good - clear and the noise-cancelling works very well. Overall, the are easy to us with a light touch. good price-performance ration

Handy little headset
This product was a great item, sensitive tap on the earbuds, allowing you to change from noise cancelling to ambient aware.
Answering calls with a wee tap, I did find that although I was connected to Alexa I could not use this function as expected but nevertheless it did not fault the earbuds use.
Great sound quaility.
The only thing I found awkward with these is getting them out of the charging case as it can be tricky as well as annoying.
Other than this these earbuds are a great product
