Can I wear these in the shower?

Our JBL Endurance Peak III has an IP68 rating, which means it is waterproof but not suitable for being used in the shower because Bluetooth signals do not pass through water. Which ear bud is the Bluetooth chip in, left or right?

How do I turn the volume up and down? Swiping the right bud up and down doesn't work, it just pauses and restarts. It is a brand new bud.

I have slightly sticky out ears and the left earphone wobbles a bit when I run. Is there any way to stop this happening?
